WORK 004/2006 March 3, 2006 Re : Announcement of Interim Dividend Payment To : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors of Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited at the Board of Directors' Meeting No.1/2006 on February 27, 2006 (Ref. WORK002/2006) passed the following resolutions : - 1. To approve the interim dividend payment for retained earnings 2005 and the operating results in the 2nd half year 2005 (Jul - Dec 2005) by paying Baht 0.65 per share. The company paid Bath 0.55 per share in the 1st half year 2005 (Jan - Jun) on October 28, 2005. Dividend payment though the year 2005 will be Bath 1.20. 2. Shareholders whose name appeared on the shareholders registration book as at 12.00 a.m. on March 20, 2006 are entitled to the said dividend 3.
