Approval of the Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder No. 1/2009 on April 20, 2009. 2. Acknowledgement of the Board of Directors' Report on the Year 2009 Operating Results. 3. Approval of the Balance Sheet and Statement of Earning ending December 31, 2009. 4. Approval of the appropriation of profit and declaration of dividends payment for the second half of 2009 at 36 Million Baht (0.18 baht per share) and will be paid on May 21, 2010. The record date for determining the shareholders who have the right to receive the dividend payment shall be March 15, 2010 and the share registration book shall be closed on March 16, 2010, for the purpose of compiling the list of shareholders in accordance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 as amended. 5. Approval of the Director retiring by rotation are Mr.Phanya Nirunkol , Mr. Prapas Cholsaranon and Mr.Panich Sodsee and were re-elected to the Board of Directors for 2010. Approval of the appointment of Mrs. Vichanee Srisawad as New Directors. 6. Approval of the remuneration for Board of Directors of no more than Baht 2,000,000.- (Two Million Baht) for 2010. 7. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Chanankorn Sathiraprapakul C.P.A License No.6554 and/or Mr. Jadesada Hungsaprvek C.P.A License No. 3759 of Grand Audit Co., LTD.
